This historic townhouse triplex (plus basement) was completely gutted and restored, and a media room was created by digging down to lower the basement.  The 1855 triplex features modern and period areas, and this renovation focused on keeping the modern ground floor (expanded in 1930) clean and minimal while restoring historic details to the period areas of the house. The space includes over 6,000 sf of interior space, over 1,100 sf of back garden plus an extra deep front garden and 3rd floor terrace. Architectural work by Beyhan Karahan & Associates (top three floors and back garden); Guy Kohn (front garden), and Messana O’Rorke (basement).
